Each module can be followed independently or
as part of a full digital literacy individual program.

1️⃣ First Contact — Free Diagnostic Session
Send us a message on WhatsApp or by email.
We’ll schedule a 30-minute online call to understand your goals, digital experience, and current challenges.
This step — called Diagnostics — is completely free of charge.
2️⃣ Personalized Action Plan
Within three days, we prepare and present your individual action plan — a tailored curriculum that reflects:
- your current level of digital literacy (Digilence),
- your personal and professional goals, and
- your timeline for learning and implementation.
You’ll receive a clear overview of topics, tools, and expected outcomes.
3️⃣ Agreement, Timetable & Payment
After we discuss and approve the plan, we fix:
- your timetable,
- the session schedule, and
- the payment method.
💳 Payment policy:
To confirm your place, the course fee (or the first instalment) is paid before the first class.
This ensures your reserved time and allows us to prepare personalized materials in advance.
4️⃣ Learning Process & Support
You begin your mentoring journey!
Throughout the program, we offer:
- regular feedback and check-ins,
- flexible rescheduling if needed, and
- real-world practice to apply new skills immediately.

At the end of your program, we evaluate:
